How it works
Building a product is mostly handoffs. Someone designs it, someone else builds it, and what ships is a slightly worse version of what was agreed, three weeks late.
We do both halves. We design the part people actually use, product or site, then we build it: same week, same person, nothing lost in between. You get the real thing early enough to learn from it and change it. Fixed price for the result, and you own everything we make.
Started and led by Matt Pollitt, a product designer since 2008, now rebuilding how the whole job gets done with AI. Based at Tramshed Tech, Cardiff.
Mostly fintech, regulated SaaS and public-sector products: places where getting it wrong is expensive.
Matt delivered what would have been a team's work, and did it better and quicker. It all comes through him, so he can advise and direct far more knowledgeably than if it came through a committee.
